Emile Chung is the founder of Qwanta. He is a strategic compensation advisor with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and communicating high-impact compensation and benefits programs. He has led compensation and benefits functions across the tech, media and insurance sectors, with roles at companies including BuzzFeed, Twitch, SeatGeek and AIG.
Emile began his career at Willis Towers Watson, advising a diverse range of organizations—from early-stage startups to large multinational corporations—on compensation strategy and best practices.
As a Jamaican immigrant, Emile is especially passionate about supporting organizations with founders from under-represented backgrounds.
